Day 1: Arrival – Antigua
Meet and greet at La Aurora International Airport and transfer to the City of Antigua Guatemala, (1 HR. Approx.)

Day 2: Antigua Guatemala Cultural & History Walking Tour
After breakfast, we will start with our walking tour in La Antigua Guatemala, where you will have time to enjoy the unique architecture, history, and landscape of this colonial city.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Atitlan
Today we will transfer you to Lake Atitlan (3 hrs.).

Day 4: Lake Atitlan Tour (San Juan, Santiago)
After Breakfast we will take a boat ride that offers a unique opportunity to enjoy one of the best landscapes of Guatemala, Lake Atitlan and its volcanoes.
At our arrival to San Juan La Laguna we will visit the women’s textile cooperative to enjoy one of the colorful Maya traditions, the hand weaving, and the natural dye process, we continue visiting local painters and the village. Then we continue to Santiago Atitlan where you will have a tour to the village visiting the Altar of Maya God Maximon; time to learn about the spiritualism and beliefs of the T’zutujil Maya.

Day 5: Chichicastenango Market (Thursday and Sunday)
The colorful market of Chichicastenango is one of the most important native markets of Latin America, where every Thursday and Sunday the Maya quiche people celebrate the ancient, indigenous commercial process in a mixture of flower scents and incense that turns the event into a magical moment.
In the afternoon we will board our bus and head to Antigua Guatemala. (3 hrs. Approx.)

Day 6: Transfer to Coban – The Resplendent Quetzal Corridor
This morning you will be met by your driver and guide for your transfer to the Coban area. On the way you will stop to visit the Biotope El Quetzal and the surroundings, here you will have the opportunity to see our national bird the Resplendent Quetzal, among many other bird species.

Day 7: Semuc Champey & Lanquin Caves Tour
On this day you will visit Semuc Champey, a green destination with natural pools, filled with crystalline mountain spring water. Here you can hike to having a fantastic view or just relax in the beautiful blue water pools.
After Semuc Champey tour we will be ready for Lanquin caves, where we will walk into the cave system or just enjoy the experience produced by thousands of bats which will fly out at dusk.

Day 8: Candelaria – Flores
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Flores. On the route, you will see Candelaria Caves, this is one of the most extraordinary underground systems on earth and a great destination to enjoy a cave tubing tour.

Day 9: Yaxha Tour
After breakfast, we will leave to Yaxha National Park (approx. 1hr). Here we will walk through ancient Maya causeways (Sac be, in Maya Language) under an exuberant tropical rainforest that inhabits fantastic flora and fauna.
We will climb some temples that offer wonderful views. We will conclude the day in the high part of the temple 216, the highest structure in the place, where we will enjoy an unforgettable sunset.
After sunset, we will go back to our hotel.
Day 10: Tikal
After breakfast, we will depart for the Tikal National park, which is a prime destination in Guatemala and one of the most important cities in the Mayan world.
Our tour in Tikal is a mixture of nature and archaeology this tour is an encounter with abundant wildlife, rainforest, and millennial Mayan temples.
After the tour we will leave for the Mundo Maya International Airport, to take your flight to Guatemala City.
