Day 1: Arrival – Antigua Guatemala
Our team will greet you at La Aurora International Airport and transfer you to Antigua Guatemala, (1 hour)

Day 2: Antigua Valley Bike / Walking Tour
Riders can bike through the Almolonga Valley, visiting the site of Ciudad Vieja, home of Guatemala’s former second capital, which was buried by an earthquake-triggered mudslide in 1541. Along the way, one can visit an experimental macadamia farm and the village of San Antonio Aguas Calientes, famous for its weavings. Other trails, such as the Las Tierra Altas route, pass through a variety of coffee growing and farming areas.
After lunch, we will visit the ruins and museums that combined with the old cobbled streets keep the stories and legends of those colonial times.

Day 3: Iximche – Lake Atitlan
In the morning visit to Iximche in Tecpan, Iximche was a Maya Cakchiquel city founded in 1463, less than a century before the arrival of the Spaniards, which played a decisive role in the Spanish conquest of this region of Guatemala. In gentle pine forests, you see the traces of this city.
Even today, its four ceremonial plazas with their temples and ball court host worship ceremonies for the gods. Have lunch at some of the local restaurants in Tecpan and continue to Lake Atitlan area (3 hrs.).

Day 4: Kayaking / Cerro de Oro
In the morning you will kayak on Lake Atitlan and then continue by boat towards Cerro de Oro and start the hike up the hill for a two-hour hike.
Then we will transfer you by boat to Santiago Atitlan, one of the main attractions in this village is, without any doubt, the visit to Maximon, the pagan God of the natives who carries cigarette and liquor and receives all kinds of offerings from the visitors.
After lunch we will go back to Panajachel
Day 5: Zip Line / Antigua Guatemala
After breakfast, you will visit San Buenaventura to enjoy the canopy tour and wildlife trails. After this exciting adventure activity return to Antigua (3 hours).

Day 6: Transfer to Coban & visit of Quetzal Reserve
This morning you will be met by your driver and guide for your transfer to the Coban area. On the way you will stop to visit the Biotope El Quetzal, here you will have the opportunity to see the famous Quetzal bird among many other species.

Day 7: Lanquin and Semuc Champey
Today you will visit Semuc Champey, a limestone bridge on top of different size natural pools, filled with crystalline mountain spring water.
Underneath the bridge is the Cahabon River, and at the end of the bridge, the water from the pools falls into the river, forming a waterfall.
You can hike to the 2 overlooks for a fantastic view or just relax in the beautiful blue water pools. When you are ready you will be transferred to Lanquin where they will visit the caves of Lanquin. These caves are the home to thousands of bats which will fly out at dusk.

Day 8: Candelaria – Flores
After breakfast you will be transferred to Flores, on the route, you will see Candelaria Caves, this is one of the most extraordinary underground systems on Earth.

After breakfast you will have a guided tour in Tikal, going through the most important city in the Mayan world, a mixture of nature and archaeology.
Transfer to the airport in the afternoon and flight to Guatemala City
