Meet and Greet at your arrival at the Belize International Airport and transfer towards your Rainforest getaway. Based on a private reserve, The Jungle Lodge situated in the foothills of the Maya Mountains within the Cayo District, surrounded by the Roaring River and Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve.
This excellent spot, along with its remarkable placement within the center of the country, helps make the lodge an ideal base from where you will discover the Nature, history, wildlife, and charm of Belize.

Time to experience the natural beauty of the neotropics, jungle mornings filled with the harmony of the tropical rainforest that inhabits a wealth of birds and wildlife.
Enjoy this secluded paradise through a morning hike under ancient forest; float along a crystal clear jungle river, discover some of the 300 bird species of the reserve or try to experience an encounter with Belize’s mammals, including tapirs and Jaguars that are still present within the reserve.
After breakfast, you will be transferred, towards Xunantunich Archaeological Site, which is located across the green crystalline waters of the Mopan River.
Xunantunich is the most significant ceremonial center in the Belize River Valley, situated on a natural limestone ridge providing a fantastic panoramic scene of the surrounding of the site from its hilltop location.
You will enjoy your tour through one of the most significant sites in Belize, dating with an essentially classic period ceremonial center with three ceremonial plazas enclosed by house mounds, pyramids, and palaces, the most substantial decorated castle with stucco friezes and masks of Classic style.
After lunch, we will head towards the banks of the Macal River. Here you will enjoy a 2 hrs canoe adventure trip on Macal River, that will take you back to the Hawksworth Bridge in San Ignacio.
During the relaxing trip, you will have the opportunity to spot a variety of exotic tropical bird’s species, green iguanas and other species of tropical wildlife, and the fantastic rainforest that surrounded the river banks.
After Breakfast transport to Aktun Tunichil Muknal Caves.The “Cave of the Stone Sepulcher” is probably one of the most remarkable caverns in the Maya Lowlands. Situated in the center of the Belizean Jungle, this cave had been a sacred spot to the first Maya of Belize.
Upon arrival, you will be equipped with all the required gear for your Caving Experience. Throughout Three hours hiking and caving are going to be activities you will enjoy.
You will be pleased with this particular excellent cavern which contains a cave system with some compartments, ending inside a 300 by 50-meter Cathedral in which sacrificial rituals once occurred.
Right here it will be possible to take a trip through the Mayan past and experience a living museum in which the human sacrifices and artifacts can see within their original context.

The most important of Belize’s offshore islands is just 25 miles extended and a mile wide. San Pedro village rests within the north tropical isle of Ambergris Caye and works as a heart for accommodations, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
